WHY USE CUPCAKE BOMBS?

Cupcake bath bombs are so cute and smell delicious…they look and smell like the real thing. The good news is that you can “indulge” in these without worrying about putting on weight. Just drop em in the tub and watch the bomb disperse its skin enriching oils. This isn’t your typical bath bomb, the frosting topping is actually soap. Once the bath bomb has released its special goodies into the water, collect the frosting top and use as an all over body cleanser.

NURTURING INGREDIENTS: Cupcake bath bombs are enriched with a 6 oil blend of Sesame, Rice Bran, Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond, Jojoba, and Grapeseed Oil. Your skin is in for a real treat. Frosting topping is made with Vegetable Glycerin, which is a natural humectant, which means that it retains moisture in the skin. This important factor helps skin maintain its softness and elasticity. Sprinkles topping is made using Jojoba Beads. These little sprinkles help exfoliate dead skin cells.

Healthy Eating Recipe Cashew-Coconut Shrimp Stir Fry

I try to be healthy and eat healthy as much as possible. I love trying new recipes and I have found this one to be very simple to make and extremely tasty. If you like Chinese style food and shrimp, you're in for a real treat...

CASHEW-COCONUT SHRIMP STIR FRY

Saute 2 minced garlic cloves in 1 tsp peanut oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add 2 cups of frozen stir fry veggies, cook for 5 minutes. Add 12 medium precooked frozen shrimp, 1/2 cup precooked microwavable brown rice and 1/3 cup light coconut milk (find it in the international aisle at the grocery store). Saute for 5-8 minutes more. Top with 1 tbs chopped cashews and 1/4 tsp light soy sauce.

Healthy Eating Recipe from Health Magazine-YUM!

So, I have tried this recipe from the healthy eating section of Health Magazine. These recipes are great! My entire family loves them. Please make sure to use fresh herbs...they DO make a difference.

Steak Frites

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 32 minutes
Makes 4 servings

1 lb peeled baking potatoes, cut into 1/4" thick strips
1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tbs whole grain-Dijon mustard, plus more for serving
2 tsp coarse black pepper
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1 lb lean flank steak
2 tsp freshly minced parsley

1. Preheat oven to 450*. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Toss potatoes with oil: add rosemary and 1/2 tsp salt. Place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 2-22 minutes or until golden, tossing halfway through. Remove from oven, and gently loosen with spatula: keep warm.
3. Place oven rack at highest position; preheat broiler. Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray.
4. Whisk together the vinegar, mustard, pepper, thyme and remaining 1/4 tsp salt in a large dish. Add steak and marinate at room temp 20 minutes, turning occassionally. Broil for 6-7 minutes per side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove from oven. Divide into 4 sections. Garnish with parley.
